Maple Tahini Potato Wedges

Perfect side to go along with any summer barbecued eats. The dip is what makes all the difference, I promise your tastebuds will love it!
Ingredients and Directions
3 large white or sweet potatoes - sliced into wedges (or you can halve mini potatoes like I did this time)
Toss potatoes in a large glass bowl with 2 tbsp avocado oil, sea salt and pepper, 1 tbsp pure maple syrup and 1 tsp cumin.
Brush aluminum foil with avocado oil, and then divide potatoes into 3 groups so you have three packs of foil-packaged potatoes. Make sure foil is folded tight to secure potatoes.
Cook on bbq 12 mins per side.
Combine in food processor or blender:
1/4 cup tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp water
Pour dip contents into individual portions
Add dollop of sriracha for an added kick! (* brand recommendation, Sky Valley)
