The perfect quick and tasty appy for summer time!
2 white fin raw tuna fillets - diced
1 avocado - diced
1/2 stalk of leek or 2 sprigs of green
onion - diced
2 tbsp diced cilantro
3 tbsp Tamari sauce
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar (ACV)
1 tsp sesame seeds for topping
Dice dethawed tuna, and avocado, leek or green onion and cilantro
Combine into small mixing bowl
Add tamari and ACV
Stir to combine
Top with sesame seeds
Serve with your choice of nacho chip.
